Optimize Engine Performance with Hydrogen H2 HHO Installation and Fuel IQ Kits
This guide provides a comprehensive manual for installing Hydrogen H2 HHO systems and Fuel IQ Kits, enabling you to improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and maximize engine performance. Whether you are setting up a new kit or upgrading an existing system, this manual covers everything you need.
Check Components: Verify that all parts are included before starting the installation.
Temperature Safety: Install components away from high-heat areas exceeding 80°C to prevent damage.
Secure Placement: Position sensors and relays in vibration-free, cool locations near the intake hose or electrical support structures.
Electrical Setup: Connect wires and sensors properly, ensuring no loose connections that can affect performance.
Optimize Wattage: Adjust HHO systems to 5–7W based on engine size for better fuel savings.
Adjust for Emissions: For older vehicles, configure settings to 15–22W to minimize smoke and odor.
Cold Weather Tips: Avoid using power-intensive devices in winter to maintain efficiency.
Install Smart Relays: Use relays with vibration sensors for automatic control.
Innovative Materials: Uses advanced ceramic, rare earth elements, and rubber compounds for durability.
Smart Sensor Technology: Includes water level control and WiFi PWM support for better monitoring.
Flexible Configurations: Compatible with various engines, including diesel and gasoline.
⚠️ Safety Tips: Always use deionized or distilled water (TDS=0) and follow installation guidelines to avoid damage. Ensure hoses are free of ice or obstructions before starting the engine.
For proper installation, send us images or videos before the first use to confirm setup and protect your warranty.
What wattage settings should I use? 25W for 1L engines, 35W for 2L, and 55W+ for 4L engines.
Is it safe in winter? Remove the kit in extreme cold or store it above freezing if driving short distances.
How do I check performance? Use an LCD ammeter or watts meter to monitor system efficiency during operation.
Maintenance Tips: Perform regular checks on sensors, hoses, and electrical connections to ensure optimal performance.
Follow these steps and tips to extend the lifespan of your HHO and Fuel IQ Kit while achieving maximum fuel efficiency and emission reduction.

Our Fuel Ion Kits or Super Upgrade for H2 and HHO kit operate effectively without EFIE chips, although they may be beneficial in certain situations. For the best results, we recommend conducting a DYNO performance test.
At temperatures under 0 °C, the function of the rubbers may be limited. Once the engine reaches 80-100 °C, the rubbers activate and reduce engine friction for optimal performance.
With this Installation Manual for Ion kit or Super Upgrade for H2 and HHO Kits, you can confidently optimize your engine's performance and fuel efficiency. This non-invasive ion technology is the future of sustainable and efficient engine upgrades.
If you need to set up the system for another car with a different OBD2 connector, safely remove the pin with the red or black cable by inserting the eject tool into the corresponding hole in the OBD2 slot. Push firmly until the pin releases, allowing the cable to be removed. This tool ensures a secure and damage-free removal process.
If you bought Stage 1 S1 EFIE chip for OBD II OBD2, follow the instructions: To connect the two wires of the OBD2 connector correctly, send us the pictures of your OBD2 and we will send you the correct diagram in turn. The OBD2 for each vehicle type may be different, and we need to see your pins inside the OBD2 port. You can see the attached sample.
After the engine reaches a temperature above 80°C, reset the chip using a pin, such as the one used to eject SIM cards in smartphones. This reset is required only once during the initial setup but should be repeated after any vehicle service, including brake system replacements, oil changes, engine repairs, or ECU adjustments. Additionally, reset the chip when transitioning between warm and cold seasonal climates for optimal performance.
Every time you make even a minimal adjustment to the rubbers, such as moving the tube by just 1 cm, it is essential to reset the chip. After resetting, drive a minimum of 8 km, and ideally 30–50 km, to allow the system to recalibrate and reveal the new results. This process can lead to a significant improvement in engine performance!
CHIP STANDBY MODE
Standby LED blinks every 5-10 seconds. There is no signal from the vehicle’s computer. The device may not enter stand-by on some vehicles in which the ECU remains active after engine shut-off. This is normal and will not adversely affect the operation.
CHIP POWER ON MODE
Power and Link LEDs are solid green. Auto Calibration tuning and ECU LEDs are solid or flashing. This indicates the device is connected and functioning properly.
